I’m an engineering manager at Cisco, where I lead full-stack software development teams focused on intelligent wireless services and AI-driven automation.

My writing lives at the intersection of two things I do every day: building agentic AI systems in production, and leading engineers through the ambiguity of doing that at scale.

What I write about:

  • Agentic AI architectures — what works in production, what doesn’t, and why
  • Engineering leadership — managing high-output teams in an AI-augmented world
  • Systems thinking — how to reason about complexity before you build into it

I’m based in the Greater Seattle area. Outside of work I run (up to half marathon distance), play guitar, and follow way too many sports.

If something I wrote is relevant to what you’re building or leading, feel free to reach out on LinkedIn.
